By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Intellectual Property – You agree that products and artwork contain proprietary content that is owned by this company and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading any product content or artwork, including to any sharing or social media sites is considered a no-no. All content and artwork is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means). Of course, artwork you create from instructions provided in courses and videos is yours and please share away.
Terms of Participation – When signing up for an online course or membership site, you will receive a login in and password. This is for your personal use and you agree not to share this login and password with anyone. You will have lifelong access to online classes as long as the material is hosted on the website.
Your Submissions – If you send in submission of your artwork you are giving e’Layne Kelley permission to use the images to share. You retain all rights to your submission. Credit will be given to the artist or author.
